I've spent a lot of time giving that little chatbot the answers to as many questions as we can possibly think of, it doesn't sleep and it's polite (I hope). We regularly check the conversations it has to ensure the advice it's giving is helpful and relevant and fast. If you want to contact a human you can, but as a very small team (sometimes only me, Gary!) then responses can be slow. Especially at busy times when I do all the photo checking myself, as well as adding the creative touch to products that need it.

If possible, even if you're not a fan of AI, it'd be wildly helpful to me if you asked the friendly chatbot your questions and got near instant answers.

I also created a custom'd ChatGPT that understands if images are any good for painting kits, it can simplify them - its especially good at pets and landscapes... not so good at people but that's where I can help with The Creative Touch add on.

I'm Gary, a long time shopping TV professional. Before that I worked on a number of the BBC antiques shows, in other words I've spent a number of years looking at old stuff and what it's worth and then a then about 16 years selling stuff. It's all stuff and after a while you realise what's actually got value and quality and what you feel ashamed about.

I started this to bring some of what I've learned to social media and the one fixed rule I have is that there will be absolutely none of the shameful tat.

The rule is I'll only give time and effort to things that I'd be happy to sell you and we live next door or our kids go to the same school. I don't want to be running in from the car to avoid eye contact... so I'll only bring you things I'm 100% happy with.

I'm based near Bristol. That's why if you see me on TikTok or Facebook you probably wonder why this farmer bloke is talking about paintings.

My suppliers though are from a variety of places, home and abroad and places that make sense to you the customer. For example, the coffee comes from a very experienced roastery that is roasting beans to their own recipes all day everyday and then they slot my beans in between their needs, which means I can bring them to you at a better price and don't have a roastery and its costs.

The painting by numbers come from a Chinese manufacturer, in fact I can ONLY find them there. I've looked for UK based businesses who can fulfil my orders and they just don't exist. Email me if I'm wrong... however, with how much is involved I guarantee you that the kits will be at least twice the price. That's just a fact.

Postage is product dependant and also basket dependant. For example with the painting by numbers kits postage is £1.40 per kit but if you go over £30 I'll pay it.

With Repodly it depends on whether you want it next day DPD or a Royal Mail 48hour delivery. Also it depends on quantity as Royal Mail only delivers so much before it's silly expensive!
