1. About Us

Custom’d (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based personalised product brand.
All products sold under the Custom’d name are made to order and customised specifically for each customer.

2. Made-to-Order & Personalisation

All Custom’d products are created using images or information supplied by the customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to use any images you upload

  • The images do not infringe copyright, privacy, or third-party rights

  • You understand that personalised products are created specifically for you

We review all submitted images before production and reserve the right to refuse any image that is unsuitable, low quality, or inappropriate. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Please note:

  • Colours, details, and finishes may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to the handmade and printed nature of the products

  • These variations are not considered faults

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Payment is taken at checkout

  • Prices shown are the final price paid at checkout

4. Delivery

All Custom’d products are made to order.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary due to:

  • Production times

  • Courier delays

  • Customs or logistical issues outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because all Custom’d products are personalised:

  • Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@customd.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, including photographs where possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

Customers retain ownership of the images they submit.

By placing an order, you grant Custom’d permission to use the submitted images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We will not reuse customer images for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit permission.

Any artwork shown on our website or social media that is inspired by films, television, or popular culture is created for personal inspiration or demonstration only and is not offered for sale.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Custom’d shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
