Forge is a deep, powerful espresso blend crafted from coffees originating in Asia and Africa, including distinctive (and award winning) Monsoon Malabar. Full-bodied and satisfying, it makes a commanding espresso and holds its character beautifully through milk.

Whether you're looking for a beautiful almost sweet coffee (Discovery) or very dark and almost bitter (Prospero) this collection has something for you. I really didn't like this coffee to start with but then I made a latte which isn't my usual style and it was really good. On it's own this is a bit much, strong and powerful but not in a way I'd hoped.
I'm glad i tried it with the full fat milk because I keep coming back to it now, it cuts through the creaminess well and has changed what drinks I will make
